Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth for our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business deals.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
